~New Years Trip to Laguna Beach~

"We'll be comin' around the mountain when we come...." The oldest two taking naps in the middle of the day. -Huh...That's possible? And Dude playin' his Wall-e Leapster game.

On New Years Eve Carrie & I decided to surprise the kids with their very own GIFT GAME. (The game the adults play on Christmas night.) We went to Wal-Mart & grabbed a bunch of little $.50-$10 toys. Grandma through in a couple surprises too. They were so excited!

We go around taking turns rolling the dice hoping for doubles. We go until all gifts are opened.
Then we made sure each kid rolled doubles until they had 5 or 6 things. It was like Christmas all over again. They got anything from toothpaste to crayons & coloring books, bubble blower, slap bracelets, slinky and lego toys. It was a lot of fun.

Then later that evening Ashlyn watched the kids so the adults could go to dinner. (Thanks Ash:)

We had a YUMMY Japanese dinner with our (Mexican..haha) chef cooking in front of us. I had the delectable halibut & a couple bites of Tim's filet! (There should be a rule that if you're pregnant you must hold your belly in a picture so everyone knows that it's baby not just fat in there.)

(Okay this is better.) 
So after dinner we went home to play games & more games.

Below we are playing the game Dictionary where someone gives you an unknown word in the dictionary & everyone makes up their own made up definition. We laughed so hard each round. My belly hurt from laughing so much.

Can you say Brothers? Seriously they are my twins 5 years apart! Spencer couldn't last a minute past 11:43!
