*HOUSE FOR SALE!*

*This wonderful house is for sale! ...although I could be a little partial. This is our home in Bellemont (just 8 miles outside of Flagstaff) that we lived in for a number of years. We had renters in there this last year who have just moved out, so lucky for any home lookers out there ....it is officially on the market! If you know anyone looking for a home in the Flagstaff area who wants: a beautiful 3600 square foot home, overlooking a lake, park & National Forest, with 5 bedrooms, an office, dining room, 3 car side garage, spacious kitchen with hard wood floors looking into 2nd story windowed great room, Huge Master Bedroom with grand sitting room, and a beautiful view of the snow covered peaks, then this is the home for them! We currently have it listed at $595,000. The catch of the century! Help Us Spread the Word!

I'll be sure to spread the word. That is a great house! Good luck finding a buyer.

Ezra and Kian had a blast with Kaylea the other night. Remember us whenever you need a sitter. Or you could always just come by with them and we could gab while they play. :)

Alright alright we'll trade ya straight up. I'd totally take Flagstaff over Idaho. Seriously with the wind chill in the mornings it's been like -20.

I am sure that you will not have any problems selling your home - if it is as beautiful on the inside as it is on the outside, you will have many, many offers! Good luck and if I hear of anyone planning to move to Flag, I will tell them about your gem! You should rent it out as a cabin or as a bed and breakfast. Seriously... I would go and stay for a few nights.

No really our is 400 sq feet smaller with no lake, but we do have an iceskating rink on the frontporch. Who can pass that up?
